RESEARCHED 2026-07-03 (Hermes Research Agent recovery, NYCT official Armenian scholarship page): only public student-facing scholarship path at NYCT; all other NYCT funds are invitation-only. Not STEM-specific but any_major means STEM students eligible. 2025 cycle closed; annual recurrence confirmed but next deadline not published. No fee found. VERIFICATION BOUNCE 2026-07-03: states="NY, NJ, CT" - NJ and CT not in Vocab tab (only NY and none (national)). tags="need_based" also not in tags vocab. All other fields verified correct on NYCT official page. Fix: Prof J must add NJ, CT to states vocab and need_based to tags vocab, or recode values. FIXED 2026-07-03: states changed to NY only (NJ/CT not in Vocab - flag for Prof J to add tri-state support). tags cleared (need_based not in vocab). need_based=yes field already captures this. Ready for re-verification. VERIFIED 2026-07-03 (Hermes Verification Agent): NYCT official Armenian page confirms $1K-$6K, Armenian descent, full-time undergrad, NY/NJ/CT residency, financial need. States coded NY only (NJ/CT not in Vocab - flagged for Prof J). Tags cleared. All fields now pass.
