Notes
RESEARCHED 2026-07-03 (Hermes Research Agent Batch3, UAlbany official scholarships page): split from SUNY campus merit umbrella (row 11). Auto-considered for all admitted freshmen; no separate application. Amounts not published — page refers to previous cohort scholarship lists. No fee found. Also notes UAlbany Foundation Scholarships (separate application, 2026-27 cycle closed, 2027-28 opens December) — not rowed separately because cycle is closed and details behind login. VERIFIED 2026-07-03 (Hermes Verification Agent): Official UAlbany cost-aid page. Merit scholarships text confirmed verbatim: "The Office of Undergraduate Admissions awards merit scholarships to newly admitted freshmen and transfer students with noteworthy achievements. All accepted students are considered for these awards, so an application is not necessary." Amounts not published. No fee. [VOCAB FIX: provider_type changed from public_university to college per Vocab tab] NORMALIZED 2026-07-04: moved auto-consideration detail into notes; other_requirements left blank because no vocab-safe match exists.
